This is a massive city (size of New York or SF) with textures, roads, buildings etc. Uses PRO water but can be replaced with the indie water easily for the ones who own the free version of Unity. Some blocks have some flashing polygons and hopefully someone will fix that. I will update the city with new changes made by the users. This city can be a good starting kit of prototyping a GTA style game, or just some car racing?
